Effective July 1, 2020, all new licensees are required to take this 6-hour, pre-license class, as a prerequisite to sit for the Salesperson or Broker Nebraska Real Estate Exam.

6 classroom/webinar hours, approved by the Nebraska Real Estate Commission

This 6HR “Developing Professional Conduct and Ethical Practices” Pre-License Course 0003 is designed to meet the requirements established by the Nebraska Real Estate Commission and is mandatory for the development of Professional Conduct and Ethical Practices. This course provides a highly-interactive look at the ethics and professional conduct to help new licensees gain competency in handling real estate transactions. Participants will be actively involved in real-world case studies, as well as group discussions regarding ethics issues.

6 Hour NREC (0003) Course Criteria - New Requirement as of July 1, 2020

• This course consists of 6 classroom/webinar hours
• Approved by the Nebraska Real Estate Commission
• Classroom Tuition: $77.00
• Registration includes all course materials (in digital format). Course materials are formatted to perform well on computers, tablets, and smartphones.
• Note: You’re required to successfully complete this class as a prerequisite for taking the Nebraska Real Estate Exam
