Excellent class with clear, practical instruction on Nebraska License Law 0047R. The material was well organized, easy to follow, and relevant to real-world real estate practice. Don explained legal concepts thoroughly, answered questions effectively, and kept the class engaging throughout. I appreciated the flexibility of having both in-person and Zoom options. I appreciate the opportunity to take the classes online and the down-to-earth, real-world experiences that tie into the topics at hand.

The course was informational and worth while. I like Doug and he presents practical information and answered all my side questions. It is a little awkward to be in the class while the presenter is mostly focused on the zoom participants (I’m looking at Doug as he’s looking at the students on the screen) not sure how that could be improved.

I didn’t know what to expect from the class and was very happy with the material. Doug is a fantastic instructor.
