Don is a great instructor that brings a ton of knowledge and experiences to the material discussion that makes it a lot easier to grasp the testable material.

Don was great and enjoyed his stories dealing with real life circumstances related to the curriculum.

This CE class was loaded with interesting and informative information! It was taught by a seasoned surveyor and the whole thing was excellent!

The course has the word Basics in its description, but there is nothing about this class that one would take lightly. I thought it was well presented and prepares an individual for a Broker version for those wishing to advance their career.

Excellent presentation and information. Very informative as a possible alternative to managing 6 different social media sites.

As a realtor for 45 years, you realize the information you need that you use every day. Mark presents the area’s that affect the day to day in the business better than everyone else. Typically 80% of the information we do not need and will never use. The 20% he presents is from someone who has been there and has done what we do every day.

Mark is delight and a great teacher. I would recommend the class and him to anyone who needs continuing ed or wants to take classes to get their real estate license. He makes it interesting and fun and really knows the material. Thank you so much for doing these classes year after year.

I appreciate the opportunity to take the classes online and the down-to-earth, real-world experiences that tie into the topics at hand.

The course was informational and worth while. I like Doug and he presents practical information and answered all my side questions. It is a little awkward to be in the class while the presenter is mostly focused on the zoom participants (I’m looking at Doug as he’s looking at the students on the screen) not sure how that could be improved.

I didn’t know what to expect from the class and was very happy with the material. Doug is a fantastic instructor.
