This Post License Class must be completed within 180 of licensing

If you completed the 7000 course prior to activating your real estate license with a broker the NREC does not have the ability to track such submissions. Therefore you must send a copy of your completed certificate to the NREC within 180-days after activating your license with a broker. For questions contact the NREC (402) 471-2004.

This 12 HR “Real Estate Practice” Post-License Required Course 7000 is designed to meet the requirements established by the Nebraska Real Estate Commission and is mandatory for the development of sound Real Estate Practices. This course provides a detailed look at the required knowledge and skills for a real estate practice, including, but not limited to, completing contracts and listing agreements and handling of client funds. Participants will be actively involved in real-world case studies, as well as group discussions regarding skills and due diligence required in the Real Estate Practice.

• Course Tuition: $125.00
