This class is a comprehensive review of the Nebraska Real Estate Trust Account Manual. It serves as one of the four required classes for the Designated Broker Certification.

To Avoid Taking Duplicate CE Courses

CE and BAT Certificates
Keep a copy of your CE and BAT Certificates for your records; Do NOT send your Certificates to the Nebraska Real Estate Commission!

Errors and Omission Insurance
Even though you renew your Nebraska real estate license every two years; You must renew your E&O Insurance each calendar year.
